हम क्या लेते हैं / What we collect

  • आपका नाम और मोबाइल नंबर, ताकि हम आपके काम के बारे में आपको वापस कॉल कर सकें। / Your name and mobile number, so we can call you back about your request.
  • आपका ईमेल और गांव या पता, सिर्फ़ तब जब आप देना चाहें। / Your email address and village or address, only if you choose to give them.
  • आपके भेजे गए कागज़ात की फोटो, जैसे आधार या पैन कार्ड। / Photos of documents you choose to attach, such as an Aadhaar or PAN card.
  • आपने कौन सी सेवा मांगी और किस रकम पर सहमति दी। / Which service you asked about and the amount you agreed to.

हम यह क्यों लेते हैं / Why we collect it

सिर्फ़ वही काम पूरा करने के लिए जो आपने कहा — आपका आवेदन भरना, उसके बारे में आपसे बात करना, और तय बातों का रिकॉर्ड रखना। हम आपकी जानकारी किसी को बेचते नहीं, और बिना मांगे विज्ञापन संदेश नहीं भेजते। / Only to complete the work you asked us to do — filling your application, contacting you about it, and keeping a record of what was agreed. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

हम इसे कितने समय तक रखते हैं / How long we keep it

जब तक काम चल रहा है तब तक, और उसके कुछ समय बाद तक, ताकि आप कोई सवाल लेकर आएं तो रिकॉर्ड मिल सके। / We keep your request while we are working on it, and for a period afterwards in case you come back with a question about it. फ़िलहाल यह अवधि 365 दिन है। / Our current period is 365 days. कागज़ात की फोटो काम पूरा होते ही हटा दी जाती हैं — आप कहें तो हम तुरंत हटा देंगे। / Document photos are deleted as soon as the work is finished — ask us and we will delete them straight away.

आपके अधिकार / Your rights

  • पूछें कि आपकी कौन सी जानकारी हमारे पास है। / Ask us what details of yours we hold.
  • कोई जानकारी गलत हो तो सुधरवाएं। / Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
  • अपनी अनुमति वापस लें और सब कुछ हटाने को कहें। / Withdraw your permission and ask us to delete everything.
  • पहले हमसे शिकायत करें, और अगर हम ठीक न करें तो भारत के डेटा संरक्षण बोर्ड से। / Complain to us first, and to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not put it right.
कोई फ़ॉर्म भरने की ज़रूरत नहीं। हमें कॉल करें, व्हाट्सएप करें, या दुकान पर आकर बता दें — संदर्भ नंबर हो तो साथ बता दें। / There is nothing to fill in. Call us, send a WhatsApp message, or walk into the shop and tell us — quoting your reference number if you have it.

आगंतुक गिनती / Visitor counting

हम गिनते हैं कि कितने लोग इस वेबसाइट पर आए। इसके लिए आपके ब्राउज़र को एक बेतरतीब नंबर दिया जाता है, जो कुकी नाम की छोटी फाइल में रहता है। यह आपके नाम से नहीं जुड़ा, किसी को दिया नहीं जाता, और इससे हमें आपके बारे में कुछ पता नहीं चलता — बस इतना कि एक ब्राउज़र एक से ज़्यादा बार आया। ब्राउज़र डेटा साफ़ करने पर यह हट जाता है। / We count how many people visit this website. To do that your browser is given a random number, stored in a small file called a cookie. It is not linked to your name, it is not shared with anyone, and it tells us nothing about you except that one browser visited more than once. Clearing your browser data removes it.
